My Botanical & Floral Art Courses in SW Scotland

Mary-Clare will be holding a botanical - floral watercolour course for the first time this year.

A residential 3-day, 4-night course near her home in S.W.Scotland - accommodation will be the recently converted stable block of a nearby Georgian family house. The dates have been chosen to fit in with the vivid display of flowers in the walled garden directly outside.

• Tuition will be from 10.00am - 5.00pm daily with breaks for refreshments and lunch
• Places are limited.
• The studio room will be available for use in the evenings.
• Please bring your own materials - some paper and paints will be available.
• There is an excellent artists' supply shop in nearby Castle Douglas.

• Accommodation includes breakfast, light lunch, tea & coffee and 3-course evening meal based on local ingredients.
• 4 nights shared room £235 (supplement £25 per night for single occupancy)

• There are plenty of non-artistic activities which can be enjoyed in this beautiful part of Galloway. Tennis and fishing are available on the estate.

The nearest railway station is Dumfries. Transport can be arranged.
